I'm embarassed to post this on the public forum for another extension but I have no other way to contact someone else from JoomDonation.
We are a long-term client of eShop extension provided by JoomDonation. We've hired your company to customize lots of features on eShop. Giang has always been responsive regarding our needs in eshop customization but for about few weeks now, he's no longer responding to our demands and I don't know what to do to make things happen. It is critical for us.
Do you have anyone in your team who can help us out?
