Credit Card transactions not updating the subscription end date

Good evening!

We've several cases after a subscription was renewed by an  on line credit card transaction, the subscription end date was not advanced -- it remained unchanged. 

All of the the confirmation emails are sent, and the transaction ID is valid, as we have checked directly with members to get copies of their bank statements.  

Once we catch the problem, we can manually update the subscription end date, but that's not the best solution.  

Do you have an idea as to what might be happening?

Hello Jeff

For this, I'm afraid of you will need to check the payment plugin which you developed to work with Clearant. The process depends on the payment plugin itself and it is not developed by us, so we could not check it

Thank you -- I checked, our plug ins and it appears that this one was written by a third party who is no longer available for consultation.

I gather that Clearant is not supported.  We are working to get another merchant service, and hopefully that one has a plug in on your list.  If not, can you develop one?

If they have clear documentation in English (and hopefully, sample code in PHP Programming language), I could do the development
