hiding renewal option while still sending out renewal reminde?

Hi,
I am using membership pro on joomla 4.
The client is wanting one particular subscription plan to:
- not allow users to renew their membership themselves
- still send them a reminder close to the expiry of their membership - telling them to contact us if they want to renew their membership (which we would manually do if they meet our criteria).
Can this be done in membership pro? For example by hiding the renewal page from members, but still enabling 'renewal' of plans in the backend - assuming that they won't find the renewal page themselves.

In this case, I think you should set Enable Renewal setting for the plan to No to prevent subscribers from that plan to renew their membership

Not sure why you want to set Enable Renewal to No ?
