error uncaught throwable was created by Steven Doane

Code:

error Uncaught Throwable of type Box\Spout\Common\Exception\IOException thrown with message "File pointer has not be opened". Stack trace: #0 [ROOT]/administrator/components/com_osmembership/libraries/vendor/box/spout/src/Spout/Writer/WriterAbstract.php(103): Box\Spout\Writer\WriterAbstract->throwIfFilePointerIsNotAvailable()

does anyone have a solution for this error

Hello Steven

When the error happens ? Look like something special is happening here. If you are using latest version and get this error, please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site and tell us what we need to do to see the error

We are going to check to see why the error happens and get it sorted

thanks and i will do that soon.... i am currently with tech support with my hosting provider trying to sort out another issue i am having
