Is it possible to use the subscription profile edit feature if a user has two separate memberships?
As far as I can tell, the custom fields set to show/edit on profile only appear if there is only one membership active.
Unfortunately, it is not possible. In case you have subscriptions of different plans, the system can only allow you to edit custom fields which are assigned to all plans only
