Sync fields with Community Builder

Hi Tuan,

I'm testing Community Builder. I have an issue witg mapping fields.

1. I've enabled Memebership Pro CB

2. For a custom field in Membership Pro i've set Field Mapping to the related field in CB

There is no result, when someone subscribes via Membership Pro the field does not sync with CB.

Also I've tried to install your plugin to have two-way-sync but it gives an error. The manifest file is missing.

I'm working on Joomla 4, can that be the problem?

Yes. Please submit a support ticket sending us:

1. Super admin account of the site

2. Link to subscription form

We will check your setup to see what's wrong and get it sorted

Great. What was wrong ?

I'm not sure but I think it had something to do with not having the exact same fieldnames.
I deleted all the fields amd started all over and now it works!

Great. Happy to hear that. Also, better to set Use CB API config option in Membership Pro to Yes, too, for better integration with CB
