Membership Pro installation fails was created by rodfarrell

I have a J4 Lavida Template quickstart site and am trying to install Membership Pro. I get this error each time

There must be something special on the site causing the error. Please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site so that we can check and correct it for you
