In the back end, when I try to add an existing user with a Membership Pro profile to a new subscription, the user fields are not being populated with the existing details.
I go to Subscriptions, and click New.
I choose a plan and then select a user, but none of the user's data is being used to populate the other fields.
I can enter the data manually, and while I see a message that this email address is already in use, when I save the record all data is accepted, and the record for the new subscription is created.
Any idea what's going on?
