Problem with updating account details via User Profile menu Item

We have started using the Membership User Profile to allow our users to manage their details.
When a user tries to update their details via the user profile they get a message " Cannot set the query type to "update" as the query type is already set to "select". You should either call the `clear()` method to reset the type or create a new query object."  see screen shot
This problem applies to standard fields (name email) as well as Profile fields.
Running on Joomla 4 with latest version of MP
If they user the normal Joomla User profile menu item, there is no problem See second screen shot.
Any ideas?

For this, I guess I need to check it directly on your site because it is working well here. So please submit a support ticket sending us:

1. Super admin account of the site

2. Send us a subscriber which is having that issue

3. Send me link to the profile page

I will check to see what's wrong and get it sorted

Tuan found a small problem in the ACYMailing plugin. This has now been fixed and is already available in the download of Membership Pro download package..
