Stripe The PaymentIntent needs to be authenticated by 3D Secure

Hi,
I am having problems with Stripe not taking the initial payment. The error message I am getting in my Stripe account is:The PaymentIntent needs to be authenticated by 3D SecureHave the customer complete 3D Secure authentication using the PaymentIntent client secret.
This has not been a problem until recently. How do I fix this please?
I am using Joomla 3.1.11, PHP7.4.33 with MembershipPro 3.0.0

Not sure what kind of Stripe payment plugin? If you are using MP Stripe, please switch to use MP Stripe Checkout payment plugin because that new payment plugin is compatible with 3D secure
