Users not expired on January 1st

Hello and happy new year,

having an annual plan that expires on 31-12 every January 1, I found all the expired subscribers and they could renew.
Today 01-01-2023 did not happen and they are all active! Why? How can I fix it quickly?
By hand it is impossible since there are more than 4,000. Is there a quick way to get them all to expire?
I hope for a quick reply.

Could you please submit a support ticket sending me super admin account of your site so that I can check your setup to see why these users are still active and get it sorted for you?
