Subscriber exports corrupted

Hi,
Struggling to export subscriber lists as csv, 
Getting the message:Excel cannot open the file ’subscriptions_list_on_2022-12-26-2.xlsx’ because the file format or file extension is not valid. Verify that the file has not been corrupted and that the file extension matches the format of the file.

This has always worked before. Tried renaming file, but no help.

That's strange to me. Could you please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site so that we can try to export, check to see what's wrong and get it sorted
