Upgrading from Free Membership to Paid membership

As part of our move to Joomla 4 we are moving our all our users who do not have a paid membership to having a free membership.
We then want to give the people who have a free membership to upgrade to one of our paid memberships. Looking at the doc

It looks like you have to put in the price of the upgrade.
Is not not possible just use the price in the Plan they upgrading to?
We will not be prorating any prices. So users will just pay the full price.

You will still need to setup an upgrade rule there (so that the system knows that you want to allow subscribers to update from plan A to plan . In this case, for upgrade rule price, just set it to the price of the plan

If you don't setup an upgrade rule, users won't see the upgrade option. But they can still go to plans page and subscribe for the plan directly from there
