two subscription renewals on PayPal didn't get picked up by the system? was created by Tracey Field
Hi Tuan, hope you are well!
The system has had a blip with three of my recurring subscriptions on PayPal, two on 12th Dec, and one on 13th Dec; recurring subscriptions before and after these dates are all ok and as expected.
When I check PayPal, the three payments all say they are completed.
When I check Membership Pro, the plans have not been renewed, and have sent out sorry to see you go emails that I have set up for when people leave.
I'm not sure what to do next as there have been some subscriptions that worked ok since those dates - should I just select the three plans and click the renew subscription button and see what they do next month? Or do you think it should be investigated?
I'd be grateful for your thoughts

Hello Tracey
Could you submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of the site and tell me ID of the subscription which should be renewed so that I can check?
And Yes, you should check on the checkbox next to that subscription and press Renew Subscription button in the toolbar to renew the subscription. But let me take a quick look to see why it was not renewed first
