Only one plan per email or group

Hello all,
I have a website that has these plans based on email as a username
1. Free Plan customer A
2. Free Plan Customer B
3. Merchant Plan Free for 15days then the option to upgrade to plan 4
4. Merchant Plan paid.

I would like to ask how i can manage the term that if one email is subscribed on one of the merchant group not to be able to subscribe on customer group and vice versa. 

Your question is not very clear to me. Are you saying that if the account subscribes for one of these plans, it won't be allowed to subscribe to other plans ?

If so, you can try this setup :

1. Create a category in Membership Pro. Set Exclusive Plans parameter of that category to Yes

2. Assign all plans above to that category

Then check to see if it works as you want

Actually is almost what i want.

My scenario is

If the account subscribes for plan 3 he can subscribe to plan or upgrade to plan 4 also but he cannot subscribe to plan 1 or 2 .

So actually if i have 2 categories that are subscribed

plan 1 and 2 in category A
plan 3 and 4 in category B

i want not to be able an account to jump from Category A to category B and vice vesa.
