Access permission on uploaded files.

Ciao Tuan,
From an administrator account, in the edit subscription page I cannot open or download the file uploaded in a custom field "file field type" . 
The message is: Error You do not have permission to download this file

Could you be so kind to tell me where I can set the permissions for this custom field or file?

I don't know how to see the error myself. Could you please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of the site and tell me step by step what we need to do to see the error

We will check to see why the issue happens and get it sorted
