Hello OSTeam and Others:
A client of ours had a user in Membership Pro, upgrade their plan. In the MP Subscription dashboard, the old recurring plan was cancelled. However, at Stripe it is still taking payment for that plan as well as the new plan.
Digging through forum, I found one topic about cancelling recurring payments in JoomDonation. It said that the JD plugin does not cancel recurring at Stripe, just on the site.
If this is true for MP, is there not a way to have our users when the upgrade or downgrade, have the MP plugin also make sure Stripe also will cancel old plan?
