Plan active after subscription ends was created by Adrian Stauffer

Hi

I have created a plan to test for 4 days. It actually expired yesterday. But neither the administrator nor the user received an info mail after completion. The plan is also still active. However, it should not be renewed automatically.
What could be the problem?

Hello Adrian

Could you please check and make sure Membership Pro Reminder plugin is enabled? That plugin need to be enabled for the reminder to work properly

Hi. Yes, the Membership Pro Reminder plugin is enabled. None of the plugins were changed after installation
The plan is still active. the reminder message before expiration was sent.
