cancel recurring payment button not appearing

I am trying to get the cancel subscription button to show up and it did for a bit but it is now not showing up. 

I do have the "Enable User Cancel Recurring Subscription" button checked to yes in MP config page

The recurring payment is going through paypal.

I dont know if there is aglobal config setting I am missing. It worked when I logged in as the superuser but nothing with dummy accounts and not even with superuser. could it be on paypals side?

Maybe it is because you haven't configured Advanced Parameters in os_paypal payment plugin yet? See membershipprodoc.joomservices.com/basic-...al#advanced-settings

It's needed for cancel recurring subscription feature to work
