Preparing to import user

Hi

I am preparing the import users template and see I have to put a payment method, we are still setting this up but should I put offline or the payment plugin we are going to use? or can I leave it blank? And if I do will this cause any issue.

You can leave it blank or set it to os_offline. In case you set it to blank, remember to set published = 1 (Active) or = 2 (Expired). If you set published = 0 and leave payment_method blank, the subscription record won't be displayed on Subscriptions Management

Thanks for the answer - I have prepared the import user spreadsheet as per the instructions but I when I try to import it, it returns a 0 users have been imported message. How can I show you what I have so you can take a look and see where i have gone wrong?

Please submit a support ticket sending us:

1. Super admin account of your site

2. Send me the file which you are using to import (just a sample file with few records)

I will check to see what's wrong and guide you to correct it
