Registration page not working

Hi, I have membership pro set up but when I click on the sign up button on this page  www.precanacourses.com/about-the-course/register-for-pre-cana it redirects me to  www.precanacourses.com/log-in/?return=aH...b3Vyc2Uvc2lnbi11cA==

I am not getting any option for customers to pay by paypal to register.

Could you please check and make sure Subscribe Access setting of the plan set to Public ? I guess it set to a custom Access Level and it causes the error

If set it to Public does not solve the issue, please send us super admin account of your site (via support ticket) so that I can check and get the issue sorted

I tried saving the plan as you suggested but the subscribe access box reverts to 'guest' even when I select 'public'. see link to screenshot below. Could you login and take a look for me please?

I updated your site to latest package of Membership Pro, tested and the error is gone now

Please check it again (in your case, I guess upgrade was not success for some reason, so a field was not added to the database table and it causes the error)

I also configured Membership Pro to use Twitter Bootstrap 5 (uses by your site template) and not load it own twitter bootstrap. It looks better now

Ah! that's perfect as when I removed guest initially it didn't work and then it did. Must of been your update thanks. Could you also advise on how to capture an additional name on the form please?

The easiest way would be going to Membership Pro -> Custom Fields, create additional fields to collect other information you want

Thanks for that. I created custom fields but they are not being detected by Joomla Quiz deluxe. Is your plugin integrated with the quiz. I want to be able to display 2 names on the certifcate?

Unfortunately, our extension has no integration with Joomla Quiz deluxe. For this, I guess you will need to contact the developer of the extension, ask them to customize the code which generates certificate to include these information for you. Should not be hard
