Conditional Custom Fields

Hi,
I have a problem with conditional custom field. 
All the conditional dependent fields appear always before I select the value into the master field. Is it possible to keep hide all conditional fields until a value is selected into the master field?
The situation is the below:
LOGIC:
- Master field value selected "dipendente" open only extra "Matricola" field.
- Master field value selected "Famigliare di dipendente" open only extra "nome del dipendente" field.
- Master field value "Pensionato" no extrafield required

Into the image1 you can see the master filed (tipo socio) and you can see also the conditional fields (matricola and nome del dipendente famigliare). I don't want to see these 2 extra field before a did not do a choose on the master field.
Into the image2 you can see the 4 option to be selected
Into the image3 I selected the option "pensionato" and all other optional fields correctly disappear.
Into the image4 I selected the option "Famigliare di dipendente" and appear correctly the related field.
If i do a page refresh all conditional fileds, also if no option is selected on master field is selected, turn visible as image1.
Please let me know how i can keep these fields hide.
