Coupon field required - found it!

How can I make a coupon field not required on a subscription form? At present it is a required field which means those without coupons can't join.

Happy to hear that you figured out the solution. If someone has the same question, you can edit the plan, set Require Coupon to No and it will become optional (it's No by default, I guess Christina set it to Yes by mistake)

I did indeed, it wasn't showing up on the form and I thought that might fix it. Only when testing did I realise it was enforced and I'd forgotten by then what I had done (so many buttons to press haha)

There are many settings, make the extension flexible but Yes, it is also hard for you to remember all of them. Anyway, you got it sorted, so all good

Coupon box is not showing up on my form, how can I enable this please?

Hello

1. Go to Membership Pro -> Configuration, set Enable Coupon config option to Yes .

2. Make sure there is at least one coupon code available for that plan.
