Transferring Subscribers to a new web site

We are looking  to develop a Joomla ver 4 web site to replace our existing Joomla 3 site. We are doing this rather than converting our existing site. The main reason is that some components we use in Joomla 3 do not look like they will ever be supported in Joomla 4 (ie EasyProfile), Plus we want to do a certain amount of redesign.
We have a component that can export all the Joomla users and all their data such as user name, email and password and then import it into the Joomla 4 site.
We will set up Membership Pro on the new site exactly as it is now with the same subscription plans(around 18) . I don't think there is a way to export and import plans?
My question is How do we transfers all subscriptions including active and expired?
It looks to me like I just have to export all subscribers from the Joomla 3 site and then take that file and import the data inro my Joomla 4 site. This would be done after the transfer of all existing users
 All the key data is in the export file as far as I can see apart from the invoices.
Name, User name, email address, plan, start and end dates etc.
So I assume the import will link the subscription records to the Joomla User records
Is it just as simple as that or are there other things I have do or consider before the import?

As you moved users data using a different extension already, you can ignore tables mentioned in step #2 in our documentation above

Hi Tuan, I thought It might no be as simple as I thought. Sorry I did not see the documentation on moving data
One more question. As I am going to be exporting all the osmembership tables. I assume I should do the following on the new site 
1. Install Membership Pro, but do not do ANY configuration ie No Susbscription Plans set up.
2. Migrate all the osmemership tables as per Step 1 in the documentation. This will include subscribers and subscription plans?
3.  Configure Membership Pro to our needs.
Is that correct?
