In each plan, there is a setting called Notification Emails. You can enter the emails you want there and it will receive notifications instead of the emails entered in Configuration. That should address the issue
One clarification .. When we populate that field, does that mean it will send email to BOTH the email mentioned there AND the admin email in configuration? or does it now override and it only sends it to the email mentioned in the notification email setting?
It will overrides only. When you entered emails into the plan, only these emails will receive notification, the emails in configuration will be ignored
