Switching a subscription Plan

Dear Tuan,

If a person subscribes to PLAN A using online payment... and then they discover they made a mistake and they want to switch to PLAN B.... What is the best way to do that? I am guessing the admin has to do that in the backend... But I want to make sure I am doing it in the right way the way the component intended

Yes. Admin will have to edit the subscription record from backend, change the plan associate with that subscription to the plan you want

I am a bit concerned, because I have a plugin that integrates with Google Classroom on onMembershipActive and onMembershipExpire events. In this case since PLAN A has already enrolled in Google Classroom on onMembershipActive, how do I switch to PLAN B, so PLAN A triggers onMembershipExpire and PLAN B triggers onMembershipActive ?

The extension is smart enough to handle that, so these events will be triggered automatically as expected. You can test it yourself to confirm
