Is there a way to add a coupon to a recurring subscription once active

Hi, I've had a customer who set up their recurring monthly subscription but forgot to use their coupon code.  Is there a way for me to add the coupon to their subscription now in the backend?  Or should we cancel their subscription and start again?  Thanks, Tracey

No, it is not possible because the recurring payment amount was already registered with payment gateway at the time he subscribed for the plan

So Yes, the easiest way would be cancelling and then subscribing to the plan again
