Menu module dissapear when clicking on any Membership Pro subscription menu item

Good day Membership pro.  This is actually an urgent issue on more than one of my sites.  Please have a look at www.fliekvoort.net/
1. My main menu is set to show on all pages. When I click on the homepage on one of the "Bestel Hier" meaning Order Here, buttons, or the menu item "Bestel Hier" it takes me to the list of available subscriptions as it should but my main menu then disappears.  Please help.  I'm using the latest Joomla 3 and latest Membership pro, and my template was created with Template Toaster. 
2. On my mobile, though the menu shows as a hamburger, but when I click on the hamburger it shows the menu for a second then take it away that I cannot select any menu item but see the hamburger again.

The above issues only happen on links and menu items to show membership pro pages.  Can you please assist with a solution if you maybe be familiar with this issue?

Yes, that's right. Since your site template is built base on twitter bootstrap 4, you should also set the config option Twitter Bootstrap Version to Twitter Bootstrap Version 4 so that the style in Membership Pro meets the style of your site template best
