Processing transactions with the Paypal Pro plugin

When I pay through the Paypal Pro plugin, the following line comes out - Subscription Failure
Your payment for the subscription failed. Please review the reason below and try again
reason
This transaction cannot be processed. The merchant's account is not able to process transactions.

What needs to be done in order for Paypal Pro to be able to pay?

Where are you from? I'm asking this question because PayPal Pro is only supported in few countries, so it is not available for everyone to uses

As I know, you can only use PayPal Pro if you are from one of the following countries:

US, UK, Canda, Australia. So I'm afraid of you will have to use standard PayPal payment plugin to accept payment, not PayPal Pro

Our product is aimed specifically at the USA, Canada, Australia.
I would like to see the entire list of countries.

The country is for owner of the PayPal account, not country of the users. To be more clear, the owner of the PayPal account must be from that list of countries to use PayPal Pro

I have the same problem, did you ever resolve it? I live in the United States and have the same problem.

Hi Dennis

As replied via your other topic, it could be because this option is not enabled in your PayPal account (PayPal charges monthly fee for using this feature, so I guess they will need to enable it manually in your account)

For this, please contact PayPal, give them the error message, tell them that you are using Website Payment Pro API and got that error. They will check your account and guide you for the next step
