When I go to the payment page, this line appears.

Hello

This issue might be fixed before. Could you please access to My Downloads menu item, download latest package and upgrade to your site? If the issue still happens, submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site and link to the page

I will check to see why the issue happens and get it sorted
