Custom Fields

Hi 
I am customising my form to collect data on a certain plan. I want the user to be able to click a check box to say they wish to be listed on a List and then the balance of the fields I have created to show up underneath. I seem to have had it working but now it is not and I am lost at what to do. I have tried to follow the documentation but some pointers would be great.

Let me know if you need a log in but I want the user to click I wish to be listed on the Diving Doctors list and when this is clicked the balance of the form opens up.

I don't understand the issue you are having. However, from what I see, I think custom fields dependency should be the feature you need. See membershipprodoc.joomservices.com/basic-...tional-custom-fields to understand how it works and try to setup

Thank you I had difficulty but have removed what I had set up and started again and it seems to have been sorted.
