I have a legacy site that I have now to migrate to J4. I have done some testing, and despite many clean up efforts, have only limited success to getting a clean migration. It is apparent that I will have some ongoing problems.
Membership pro is the lead application on the site, and I am looking at the possibility of a clean build of J4 and then transferring configurations from the J3 site (or a J4 migrated site) by cut and paste.
Can I do this directly? What do i have to transfer? And can I migrate the database too with myphp? Most other applications I can just do a new install.
thanks in advance

Hello David
Yes, you can. Just move necessary tables from Joomla 3 database to Joomla 4 database, then install latest version of Membership Pro to that Joomla 4 site and you should be fine. See membershipprodoc.joomservices.com/gettin...e-site-to-a-new-site
