Can't find constant for translating strings in subscription complete menu item was created by artax

Hi there,
I can't find the constant for translating some texts I find in Subscription complete menu item: here's the strings I need to translate:

thanks ... for subscribing to ... subscription plan etc : at the top of the page;
You can now login to your etc etc.....Regards, company name at the bottom of the page.

How to translate-change those sentences?

Go to Membership Pro -> Emails & Messages, find the message and change it to meet your need
