Mass Mail problems was created by pabirds
Two problems
1. When I create a Mass Mail and click on Process, nothing happens.
If I close that message and click on Mass Mail again, it brings up that message and when I click on Process, it then sends it out.
Why doesn't it process it the first time?
2. If I highlight some text and click on Insert Link and then enter the full URL, it erases all of the URL except index.php (and, therefore doesn't work)!
Why does it do that and how can I fix it?

Hello
1. Is it from frontend or backend ?
2. The URL, seems removed by the editor you are using. Usually, in editor plugin, there is parameter to set URL to absolute to prevent that. Maybe you can check? See the attached screenshot for setting from Tiny MCE editor
BTW, what link you are trying to insert?

The absolute solution worked for the links problem.
When you asked whether it was frontend or backend, I don't know what you mean.
All I know is that when I click on Process, nothing happens. I have to close Mass Mail and reopen it,. Then it works.

NO! It does not work! Didn't you read what I said?
I have to close it and reopen it to make it work. This is not right.
It should work the first time!
