Unable to Set Upgrade was created by Nicholas Flint
I have three plans:

Guest - Free, Lifetime plan
Single Membership - Recurring
Family Membership - Recurring

I would like to set an upgrade option from Guest to either of the others and from Single Membership to Family Membership. On the Upgrade Options tab I don't have any plans available to select in the To Plan field. I have the Show Upgrade Button option turned on. Is there something else I need to do to create the upgrade options?

Hmm

That's strange. The plans should be available for selecting. Maybe it is because you haven't published these plans yet?

If it is published and not being shown, please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site so that I can check it directly on your site to see what's wrong and get it corrected for you
