User profile - my subscriptions & subscription history tabs missing

Hi, I have a menu link for user profile for my members, however the tabs for manage subscription and subscription history have disappeared.  I’ve double checked the options and they are all set at the default value yes but are still not showing. Any ideas or advice gratefully received as currently my members can’t manage their recurring subscriptions.

That's strange to me. Could cause by something special on the site like javascript conflict causing tab not being displayed properly

Could you please submit a support ticket sending us:

1. Super admin account of the site

2. A subscriber account

3. Link to the page which we can see this issue

We will check to see what's wrong and get it sorted

Hi Tuan, thanks so much for your quick reply. I had a template update outstanding so updated that before submitting a support ticket and the tabs have reappeared!
