Subscription Upgrades Not Available

Using Joomla 4.0.6 and MP 2.26.3.
I have MP config set to:

• Show Upgrade Button: Yes
• Hide Sign Up Button If Upgrade Available: Yes
• Show Upgrade Options On Plan Detail: Yes

For each Subscription Plan, I have the Upgrade options set (I doublechecked). For example, for the Transcribing plan, I have the options set to plans Greek and Whole Site, both with prices and both published. 

But when logged in to one of the plans (for example, Transcribing), on the Subscription Plans page, Sign-up appears and Upgrade does not. If I click on the Details button, Upgrade does not show up. If I click on the Upgrade menu item, it says: "There are no options available to upgrade your membership."

Is there another setting that I am missing?

Hello Matt

Could cause by something special on your site. Please submit a support ticket sending us:

1. Super admin account

2. A subscriber account

3. Link to the page which upgrade options should be displayed but it is not at the moment

I will check to see what's wrong and get it sorted

Sorry, my fault. You may (or may not) remember that previously I was having webhook trouble that caused new accounts to come through with Status: Pending, which you helped me fix (thanks again!). Turns out the accounts that were having this problem were still Pending. Fixed now.
