Subscriptions expired too early was created by Stephen Daly
I setup a subscription to run for six months, taking the same payment each month via Stripe.
However, when I set the plan up, I set it to be recurring with a 4 'Number Payments'. The problem I have now is that we're in the fifth month now and now payments have been taken based on my original error ( I assume this is the cause for it to stop after four months).
I have changed the Number Payments to 6 last Friday but no impact.
Is there any quick win to fix this?

Hello Stephen
Unfortunately, No. After 4 payments, the system has called Stripe API to cancel the recurring subscriptions
Maybe you can try to login to your Stripe account, find these recurring subscriptions and see if there is a way from within Stripe to resume these subscriptions?

Thanks Tuan,
I did a quick search on Stripe and concluded that subscriptions could not be un-cancelled.
I had to manually setup the subscriptions within Stripe but it didn't take very much effort as all Customer details where there so it was a question of open a Customer and apply subscription using existing card held by Stripe. Not clean but only two months left of subscription window so done the job for now.

OK, great. I still think that there should be a way to resume the existing subscriptions instead of having to create new one
If you create a new subscription, please get Subscription ID of that new subscription (from Stripe) and update the related subscription record in Membership Pro (the Subscription ID field) with that new created Subscription ID.
That will help existing subscriptions still being renewed properly (in Membership Pro) when payment happens
Regards,
Tuan
