Custom Field with options dependant on plan

Hi,
I have subscription plans that are different for different regions of the country.
There is a custom list field 'club name' that I would like common to every subscription but for the list options to populate dependent on the subscription.
i.e subscription region north -> club name -> club1, club2, club3
subscription region south -> club name -> club4, club5, club6
At the moment it has been set up with a separate custom 'club name' field for each region i.e club name north, club name south - but it would be easier for me if they all the same field.
Any way to do this?

No, you will have to setup different custom fields. There is no way to have options of a custom field depend on a subscription plan

Due to membership only being available in my own country I don't really need the Country and State construct. What if I repurposed those to be Region and Club? Is there a way to change the field names where Country and State appear?

You can change Title of the fields to meet your need. But please don't change name of these fields.

No, content of a custom field could not depend on content of another custom field.

The easiest solution would still be creating different custom fields as suggested from beginning
