How do I build EU Tax rules? was created by x-bit

Hello!
I was looking at the documentation membershipprodoc.joomservices.com/basic-setup/tax-rules and there is, in the last sentence, a broken link ( membershipprodoc.joomservices.com/basic-setup/eu-vat-rules ) to the setup of EU tax rules.

Can you please send me a working link to this topic as I have to register all EU countries.
