Offline Payment identification

Hi!
I would like to get some feedback how you are identifying offline payments (bank transfer).
We had the possibility to fill in the username and the Joomla user ID automatically in the email to the customer.

It seems that won`t work with Membership Pro, as there are no such variables.As some banks won`t transmit the full clients name or the bank account is not the same as the registered client, we would need at least one of those possibilities, better both of them.

I think you can use [TRANSACTION_ID] as identification for the subscription. Just add that tag to the email sent to subscribers and use it for the purpose should work (it is a random string which is unique for each subscription)

Yes, the [TRANSACTION_ID] works!

Any chance we could get the username as well?

I just tried what I had in the table _osmembership_subscribers and it worked with [username];

[USERNAME] is OK. But please note that one user could have multiple subscription records, so [USERNAME] is not unique. [TRANSACTION_ID], however, is unique for all subscriptions.
