Pay Pal Pro additional plugin not working?

Hello!

I bought the Pay Pal Pro plugin and have a sandbox set up which works with the normal Pay Pal processor, as I want to divide one time payments and recurring payments.

I followed the guide on developer.paypal.com/tools/sandbox/accounts/ activated the payment plugin and chose the 'Payment Method' on the plan detail.

When clicking on the plan in the front end I receive the following error:
You need to publish at least one payment plugin so that the system can work properly

As the one time payment is working and there are offline payment processors active, I can't understand the error. I have 3 payment plugins published, see attachment.

Any advice how to get this working would be highly appreciated!
