subscription problem with registered not logged in users

as a non-logged-in already registered user, my account details are not automatically entered when i try to subscripe a new plan and enter my login credentials, but i am redirected back to the last page. since i still have to pay for the plan, my user details should only be loaded in the order form. how can i solve the problem for non-logged-in exsisting users?

Surely, you will have to login to have your existing data populated on subscription form, so I'm unsure what's wrong here?

when a visitor goes to the category blog to order, he gets to the plan page and then to the subscripe form. here the user must then log in. however, he should then remain on the subsribe form with his personal details. currently, however, he is redirected to the category blog page.

They should stay on the subscription form, not being redirected to other page

Maybe there is something special on your site causing the error. Please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account and tell us step by step what we need to do to see that error
