User Profile form options

The Help talks about theses options.  Where do I find these settings

1. Show my subscriptions tab: Default value is Yes. If you set it to No, the My Subscriptions tab will be hided.
2. Show subscriptions history: Default value is Yes. If you set it to No, the Subscriptions History tab will be hided.
3. Show renew membership options: Default value is Yes. If you set it to No, the Renew Membership section will be hided. You should only set it to No if you create a separate menu item to allow renewing membership.
4. Show upgrade membership options: Default value is Yes. If you set it to No, the Upgrade Membership section will be hided. You should only set it to No if you create a separate menu item to allow upgrading membership.

These settings are from the menu item parameters. So check the menu item you created to display user profile and change the settings from there

Hi Tuan

I think I am being a bit dim here. When I create a menu item all I get select is to link to the Membership Pro - "User Profile Display page allow users to see and change his profile data". After selecting that I don't see any parameters apart from the default parameters to do with how the menu item itself looks e.g. Link Type, Page Display, Meta data etc.

Where should I be looking?

What version of the extension you are using? Maybe you are using an outdated version and these parameters are not available?

Where should I see the parameters? When I select the link? After I have selected the link and if so on what tab?

You are using a very outdated version of the extension, so these parameters are not available. You need to update to latest version of the extension to use these parameters

Thanks Tuan. I had not noticed the subscription had expired. The dashboard does say 'Membership Pro is up to date'?

I have purchased a new subscription

Updating I get the error message "Update from older version than 2.7.0 is not supported! You need to update to version 2.26.0 first. Please contact support to get that old Membership Pro version
