Members List not display if revoked

I've set up the Members List to show the content that I want, but I have a question about showing certain members. I want the list to show Expired members, at least for a year, but I do *not* want to show members who've had their membership cancelled/revoked. I have added a field in called Instructor Level, where Revoked is an option, but I don't know how to set up the list to not show if this box is checked. Or perhaps there's an alternate way of doing this? I don't want to delete the record, just not have it show in the list anymore.

On a sort of related topic, is there a way to show Plan Expiry Date rather than Subscription Date in this list?

In short, there is no way to not displaying these members (when the checkbox is checked)

For showing Plan Expiry Date, exactly what's Plan Expiry Date you want to show?

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you.

The Plan Expiry Date of all my plans is set as Dec 31, and they do not auto-renew. This is also shown as End Date in the Subscriber's list, and this is what I want to show, rather than the Start Date, in the Members list. I find the module confusing: all I have in the query field is id=2, can I add something to make it show the End Date in addition to the start date?

For revoked members, is there a different way to get them off this list without deleting them?

Please edit the menu item which you created to display Members List. There is a parameter called Show Subscription End Date. Set it to Yes and subscription end date will be shown as you want

For For revoked members , maybe you can try this:

1. Go to Membership Pro -> Configuration, set Enable Select Show/Hide On Members List.

2. Then users can access to their profile, choose to show/hide themself from Members List

3. Administrators can edit subscription record, choose to show/hide subscribers from Members List, too

I had set up the lists on a single page using the module, not the menu, but I have made the change to put it as a menu item and now it shows the end date rather than the start date.

I don't want people to be able to hide themselves from the members list and I didn't see a way for me to hide this member from the list so I decided to just delete the revoked member. As this was the first member ever, I changed the membership number to start at the next number, but if I have future members who are revoked and I delete them, will the system recycle their member number? For example: membership numbers (which do not reset every year) start at 10002 now. If I have members up to 10010 and member 10006 is deleted, will the next membership get 10011 or 10006? Ultimately this doesn't matter to me, I'm just curious how it'll work.
