Hello

Your site template is built base on twitter bootstrap 5. So please go to Membership Pro -> Configuration, set:

- Load Twitter Bootstrap Css In The Frontend config option to No
- Twitter Bootstrap Version to Twitter Bootstrap Version 5

Then try again. It should work well
