Pending payment records

Hi Tuan,

We have an option for members to pay using the offline payment system.  This all works well and they are shown as "Pending" until we have receipt of the actual payment having been made.  When that happens our admin confirms payment by "renew subscription" on the "Manage Subscription" page.  When I look at the records in the database, I see that a new record is created to reflect the new subscription.  However, the existing "Pending" record remains. This means that our admin needs to delete that record so that it doesn't show up again as "Pending".  Is there something that I have missed as it would be preferable for this to happen automatically?

Hi Bill

Instead of renewing the subscription, he should just publish that Pending subscription record and all will be fine
