Invoice number after import

Hi,

I have successfully imported a few hundred subscribers (XLSX import).
The invoice numbers were already set in the Excel file so they are all OK, from 00001 to 00614.
Now, when I add a new subscriber from the backend, the invoice number is 00001 instead of 00615.
Any idea how I can fix this?

Also, when I imported all those subscribers from the Excel file, they automatically became active Joomla registered users, which is what I wanted.
The new subscribers I now add from the backend do not show up among the Joomla users.
Did I do anything wrong?

I have no clue. Normally, when you create a new subscription:

- Next invoice number should be used
- User account should be created

For the issue you are having, it is strange to me. So please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site so that we can check it directly on your site
