different template based on the price

I would like to have a different template for plans that are free How to do that?

when you sign up for any package, you have a template, like there is a header, there is a place where users input their login details etc. I would like to create free packages via MPro and I would like to have a very simple sign up form for those that are free. is that better? shall I attach some screenshots?
