Request payment e-mail ... What is it for?

(I'm not new to Membership Pro, I'm writing on behalf of an active licensed customer to speed things up)

I am writing to you because I have a doubt about the "Request payment e-mail" emails: what are they for?

I also ask this: I did not understand if the functionality to send a reminder email to users who have a pending payment NOT offline (e.g. they have completed the registration procedure but have not finished it via PayPal) has been implemented.

If not, it would be a great addition, perhaps with an option to also choose the timing (e.g. "Send reminder for pending orders 3 hours later")

1. If users do not make payment, you can send request payment email to them and ask them to make payment. That's the request payment email is used for

2. We do not have option to allow sending emails automatically to users who not use offline payment to ask them to make payment at the moment
